BHS Fishing Tournament News - April 21

Saturday April 21 the Palmetto boat center high school trail fished at Clark Hill. For Broome, Clayton Wells finished 1st place with one fish weighing 8 pounds 15 ounces. Clayton also won biggest fish. The fish is the largest ever in the 6 years of the trails history. Colton Wells and Parker Sullivan came in 2nd for Broome with 3 fish weighing 5.77. Lawson Frady and Adam Stacy finished 3rd for Broome with 5 fish weighing 5.54. 

Middle school team for Broome won 1st place individual led by Joshua Upton and Jake Brown with 5 fish weighing 8.39 pounds. Owen Allen and Carmen Cristales came in 2nd for Broome with 2 fish weighing 2.93 pounds. Ethan Burnett came in 3rd for Broome with 1 fish weighing 1.28 pounds. The Middles school finished 3rd place as a team overall. 

The top 3 boats for High and Middle School will fish the Classic on Lake Greenwood May 11 & 12 to end the season. Good luck Broome
